This hollow vessel is one of three projects I crafted from a stunning Black Cherry log, a gift from a woodturning mentor. The praise he bestowed upon this piece is unforgettable to me. It belongs to a crate of wood turnings, my creations from 2015 to 2016, which I've recently rediscovered. Its delicate and lightweight nature makes it exclusively suitable for display.
